About HeadshotForge

Last updated

HeadshotForge is an AI headshot generator. You upload one to four phone selfies, choose a style and receive professional headshots by email in minutes, for a one-time payment. This page explains what the service does, what it deliberately leaves alone, who it is built for and how we handle your photos.

What HeadshotForge is

HeadshotForge turns ordinary phone selfies into professional-looking headshots. You need one to four photos taken in normal light, a style you like and a few minutes. The results arrive by email.

The work is done by AI image models rather than a photographer or a retoucher. There is no session to book, no studio to travel to and no appointment to wait for.

What it changes, and what it never changes

The models change the parts of a photo that make a picture look professional: lighting, framing, background and wardrobe. Your facial features stay yours, and the person in the result is you.

Generated images are labelled as AI-generated.

  • Changed: lighting, exposure and colour balance.
  • Changed: framing and crop, so the head and shoulders sit correctly.
  • Changed: background, replaced with a clean studio or office setting.
  • Changed: clothing, swapped for business-appropriate wardrobe.
  • Not changed: your face, your features and your identity.

Who it is for

  • People who need a current headshot and have no studio nearby.
  • Job seekers and students who need a photo for a CV or a profile.
  • Freelancers, founders and small teams who need consistent photos of several people.
  • Real-estate agents, consultants and sales teams who appear on company pages.
  • Anyone whose last professional photo is years old, or was taken on an old phone.

How an order works

  1. Upload your selfies — Add one to four photos taken in ordinary light, with your face clearly visible and unobstructed.
  2. Choose a style — Pick the look that fits where the photo will be used, and choose the pack that gives you the number of headshots you want.
  3. Pay once — Checkout runs through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing is charged again later.
  4. Receive your headshots — Your images are emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within minutes.

How we run the service

Sign-in for the wizard is anonymous, so there is no account or password to manage. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details never reach our servers. Uploads are deleted from storage after 7 days, and your photos are never used to train models.

The service is intended for adults. You must be 18 or over to order, and refunds are available if the headshots are not what you expected.

What we do not claim

We do not publish review scores, customer counts or press quotes on this site. We would rather show the work, describe the service plainly and let you decide.

We also do not claim that a headshot wins an interview or a client. A good photo helps a profile look current; the rest is up to you.

What it costs

Pricing is one-time: $2.99 for Basic (1–3 headshots), $5.99 for Standard (4–5 headshots or an HD/4K upgrade) and $9.99 for Premium (6–7 headshots). There are no credits, no renewal and no upsell after checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI change how I look?
It changes lighting, framing, background and wardrobe. It does not change your facial features or your identity, so the person in the headshot is still you.
How many selfies do I need?
Between one and four. A few sharp photos taken in ordinary light, with your face clearly visible, give the models the most to work with.
Is HeadshotForge a subscription?
No. Each order is a one-time payment of $2.99, $5.99 or $9.99. Nothing renews, and there is no credit balance to top up.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to generate your headshots, they are deleted from storage after 7 days, and they are never used to train models.
Are the headshots obviously AI-generated?
The images are generated by AI models working from your selfies, and they are labelled as AI-generated. You can use them wherever you would use any other professional photo.
Who runs HeadshotForge?
A small team that builds and operates the site. You can reach a person at headshot-pro@aigenhub.us.
